Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs we handle are different depending on the country it is being shipped to.
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are €8.70 under €30,-, above it will be €6.20.
The shipping costs for the Belgium are €10.72 under €30,-, above it will be €8.22.
For the other countries: your shipping costs will be calculated by checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Goparts delivers (almost) everywhere. We try our best to reach as much of our customers as we can. There are some countries we don’t deliver to. At the checkout you can see if we deliver to your country.

What is your delivery estimate?

We try our best to deliver your order within three weeks. This can be more when it’s a country further away. A lot of our products don’t come form our stockroom, but our suppliers. That’s also why it can take some days before your order will be shipped out. If you need a part quickly or if you still have questions, contact us!

Can I pick up my order in your store?

You can pick up your order in our own store in Tiel, The Netherlands. If you want to do this, you can select it at the checkout.

Which carriers do you use?

Goparts uses different carriers to make delivery as easy, fast and efficient as possible. The carriers we use are :

What are your payment methods?

Goparts offers multiple payment methods, so there will always a method that suits you! You can pay using the following payment methods:

  • IDeal (This can only be used with a Dutch bank account)
  • American Express

  • Maestro
  • Sofort
  • PayPal

Is it safe to share my payment information with you?

We are a professional company, thus will use your information professionally. The information will only be used with the purpose for what they are needed. The payments are made with trusted payment methods and a secure connection.

I haven’t recieved an order confirmation?

If you’ve paid the order and haven’t recieved an order confirmation, it could be in your spam box. I fit isn’t there, you can contact us.

What should I do when my payment failed to go through?

You will rcieve an order confirmation, even if the payment didn’t go through. This isn’t a problem, we only process orders which have been paid. So you can just order it again and pay.

Exchanges and Returns

Is it possible to swap or return my order?

How long will it take for my money to be refunded?

Once the return is approved, we’ll try to refund it within a week. This can take longer sometimes because of a weekend or the processing time of other banks / payment methods.

How long does the warranty last?

We use the suppliers warranty, this will vary by product. If you are offering the defective product to us, we will send it to the factory, they will ultimately determine whether the warranty applies.

Is it possible to cancel a special ordered product?

It is possible to cancal a special ordered product. We will charge you with a fee of 30% of the costs of the product. If you’d like to cancel a special ordered product, contact us.

I can’t find the part I’m looking for, what to do?

If you can’t the part your lookimg for, or when it says “price unavailable” you can contact us. We will do our best to check and see of we can get the product somewhere for you.

What is the difference between OEM and Aftermarket?

OEM stands for “Original Equipment Manufacturer.” An OEM product is made for one or more specific brands and models and authorized by the vehicle manufacturer. These manufacturer ensures that the products meet the requirements and specifications for the parts fit perfectly. Aftermarket products and parts are replacement parts made by a supplier other than the OEM parts. Aftermarket is often used in OEM products that are not available or hard to get your hands on.
