Returning items that were damaged during shipping.

We try our best to deliver the products you’ve ordered in perfect condition, but sometimes they can get damaged during transport. If the product is damaged you can contact us and ask about the RMA form which enables you to return the product(s). We ask you to fill it in completely and carefully to make sure the process goes as smooth and easy as possible.

The return request.
Once you have contacted us regarding the return, you will receive a RMA form. We ask you to fill in this RMA form as completely as possible, and send it to us in the box with the returned item. Once we’ve received the item you will receive a response within a few days.
We strive to process your request within two days, but sometimes returns require further investigation. With this in mind we will meet all requests within 72 hours.
Please note that unfortunately will not be refunded the cost of international rights or VAT.
Terms and conditions
The following items must be send back in order to process:
  • A copy of the original invoice.
  • RMA form in the package
  • All parts need to be send back in their original packaging (without damage and marks) and with the booklets that came with it. The original packaging can not be used as the packaging for the package. So make sure to put it in a box.

  • All electric original motorparts like: voltage regulators, Ignition boxes, dynamos, regulators, light bulbs, etc.
  • Any item that has been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Any item that is not in the original packaging of spare parts, with original manuals, literature or documents.
